myfxbook is not updating

Email from Myfxbook support early this morning says that there is an issue with Metatrader 4 accounts not updating, and that their developers are working on it. i cant complain much because it is a FREE service to the Forex community, but i do wish they would forward that information faster, rather than letting us worry and try fixing it from our end for almost 3 days

i mean no updates for last 24 hours. Waited overnight after EA install. everything says its working on the EA and in my Journal

i keep thinking its on my end, but I'd made no changes yesterday when it just stopped, and i didn't notice till i checked several hours later for my open trade status
