I use this VPS, it is good price and bad service

Today I have lost enough money, my vps was rebooted and all my EAs not work, I am finding a new company.

same here , another hard disk failure in august with no backup and they took 2 days to replay

 

My vps are down from yesterday. They are working without access. I am sending critical tickets without response.
The service of this company is truely bad.

Bad service. All my data and set up are gone, do to hard disk failure.

The worst customer support I have ever experienced. I have lost all my data as the VPS crashed and support will not respond to my repeated requests for support. 24 hrs later, still no response. Warning: if you are trading forex on live accounts, you would be wise to spend some time ensuring the VPS provider has excellent support 24/7. You get what you pay for. Don't use dodgy operators and expect quality service.

Today 30/4/2012 i can not login to swvps, and they don't have a good custumer service online, must using email support, and the email support was error ' lisence have error', very funny using this vps😳

Simply awful. Multiple dropouts combined with slow and unresponsive customer service. I've lost $$$ by using these guys. AVOID!

good only the price, very low as the service! always down, totally unreliable, avoid if you don't want to lose money!!

SWVPS need to improve their customer service. What kind of business you are running without taking care of your customers?

Could not log in. Customer service did not respond until 24hrs later. And when I finally do get to log in I find all my apps have been closed out with nothing in the service logs telling me how that happened. And yes, that online support is total BS! SWVPS SUCKS!!!!!

Horrible customer service....VPS container hung and it took 10hr for the technical support to react after the urgent support ticket was opened.

Had to scramble to install MT4 on home PC to manage my trades.

GOOD VPS AND GOOD PRICE
