You asked "Good Trading Results 700% in 3 weeks BUT what should i do next? "
I stayed exactly on topic by telling you to withdraw your money, and then my reasons why, (DD, overtrading, etc)

Hi guys, over the past 3 weeks, i turned my live account to staggering 700% and balance is running into 30K+ i started with 4000. All this was achieved while me working a 9-5 dayjob (a decent job). I want to ask advice from professional traders, who have had success? what shouild i be doing NEXT? i have over 7 years experience it took time to be where i am. BUT now the question is what should i be doing next?
I have passions for FX markets. I feel i should be working for hedge funds, making myself n others big buck. Can anyone of you successful traders, share your experience? what road did you take? how was the experience, was it worth it leaving your career? to this industry where performance is everything. If you mess up a month or two, do they let you go?

I'm happy to see this guy made that kind of profit in such an extreme short period of time.
My honest to truth advice;
I see your profit is $41.865. I advice like withdrawing like 31k as soon as possible from it.
Open a new account: Keep in 1 account like 5k and another 5k.
Trade 1 account, of 5k manually with normal R/R.
And the other 5k with the risky strategy by repeating the same thing your doing right now.
That way; if one day you get wiped out; you remain with some very good returns on your investment. And perhaps IF lucky, you might repeat it like 2 a 3 times, before get wiped out.
Thank me later, for this advice!

I completely agree with @HalleyFX
I would add the following:
Open a new account and trade it with very low DD, if the profits of your previous account are no coincidence.. you will get a nearly 9:1 ratio of profit to DD. Therefore, if your DD is 5% your profit should be 45% ... create a year or more of that performance... and let me know... I will help you get umbrella funding.
My point is. Your account seems a lucky strike to me... so try a win-win strategy.
If it is all out of luck, withdraw the money you've made and be happy.
If it is not, do it again with less DD and get funded to increase your actual profits. Turn a $5K account into $7.5K in a year with 5% DD and I can arrange you to be funded with serious money.
I am not playing the dealer here... but who wouldn't invest in such performance?

Am i taking too much risk? how do you figure? My trades on average last within few hours. It's not like i am floating in some huge DD for days. I try to get in grab profits and exit within hour or two.
hedge fund industry is armed with capital and their benchmark is 40-50% annual returns to be considered "best" in the industry.
Remember 40-50% is "ANNUAL" what did i make in 1 month? 1200% taking medium risk. So, reaching their so-called "alpha returns 50%" i can manage with my eyes closed.
So, if I am not in a hedge-fund its because they haven't discovered me. I'll be reaching out to some of them and make my case to see what they can offer me vs. What i can offer them.
Some of these hedgefunds traders are paid hefty 200-300K base salaries. 400-500K bonus based on performance. This is what i am aiming at. If one has the talent to produce results, why settle for less?
