Hey all, just wondering if there is a trading platform that enables me to trade multiple accounts from one central trade account, while also automatically calculating position sizing in each account. Thanks

You will need to talk to your broker to determine what software they support.

If you use MT4 or MT5 then you would probably be interested in their multiple terminal version.

There is some MT4 management software that allows you to manage multiple different MT4 at the same time. I cannot remember their name but if you search around you will find them

The TTFX Multi-Account Terminal for MT4/MT5 software enables investors to trade multiple accounts on the same computer. This is an ideal solution for regulated qualified institutions or money managers. This software maintains all the working on MT4/MT5 like limiting orders set up, closing positions and placing or editing orders.

If you're still looking, seek out Social Trader Tools and their Cloud-based trade copying program. No VPS needed just add all the accounts, set the trade size parameters and off you go. I use it all the time. I only run 5 accounts but you can have 1000+ on there at an average $10 per account per month.

Multiterminal platform , some brokers will allow you to trade just 4 accounts on it, but if you provide your trading license, it will be unlimited and you can trade over 100s of accounts on it.

some brokers sometimes let you have more than one live account. but why you want more than one? to have separate holding vaults for different base currencies?

some brokers provide MAM & PAMM account, but people who manage multiple accounts should focus on the profit share and make sure that you have warranty to take what you have to get.

Since Metatrader doesn't have an api, it requires running the platforms and using a trade copier bridge to these other accounts.

cTrader has an api, so managing several accounts simultaneously is much easier and doesn't require hosting the additional platforms.

Also any brokerage with an external api such as oanda can also work similar to ctrader.

Yes, it's available.

Talk to your broker and ask them for a copy of the Multiple terminal version of Metatrader.

The brokerage will usually have additional rules and account requirements for investors wishing to trade multiple accounts.

Metatrader has an API. And it's well documented.

More than 4 accounts will require a license, I have to provide a trading license before I was allowed to trade up to 8 accounts on a broker multiterminal

You can install more than one instance of MT4 on your computer and trade multiple accounts with them.

As ufotech says you can install multiple instances. Just launch the installer, and you'll soon see a box where everyone just normally clicks 'next' but if you click 'settings' you see the file in its selected directory and all you need to do is add anything to the end of the filename so for example just type 2 or give it a specific name, just adding to the end of the file with no spaces. You'll then see both versions in your program files. Last year I was running 17 accounts from USG.

Going back to my original post on this subject though I would still say something like Social Trader Tools offers the best option
