Haven’t heard of this broker before and most brokers I use provide variable spreads too. It is better to trade with them instead of running after fixed spread ones.

Personally, I don’t prefer using signals at all. It’s good that they work for you. But they have a reputation of being scams in the market. I tried using signals one or two times. But stopped because I had no idea who was behind the screen. And of course, making fewer profits is better than making bigger losses.

I guess this stat is calculated based on when the trade was opened or closed. But I am not sure. You should contact support to solve your queries.
