Hi there,
I was looking into remote FX prop trading firms but was finding it hard to come across any reputable ones. Some stating that after 10 days they will back you with up to $200k which I couldn't quite get my head around as this could simply be a lucky spell for any trader.
Has anyone had any good experiences with any firms? I was preferably looking for ones that allow overnight positions (not over the weekend).

They don't exist anymore, and if they do, will cease to exist in short time span. Most prop firms gone out of business in the last while. Best just to trade from home, or find people who will invest in you. Become a advisor.

Thanks, any experience with them FXFINPRO I understand they still take them on but it's over a six month period before they make a decision and allow you more capital each month during your trial program.
Other one was SurCap Trading but they don't seem as reliable..

I gave Blueprint Capital a go and they seemed legit enough it was just the no overnight positions which bugged me the most and I noticed most companies state this.

I checked these guys out, Blueprint Capital Ltd. They are behind BluFx. The companies house records are very convoluted and difficult to follow, the best I could find out shows they are probably insolvent.
It looks to me the monthly sub is a come on for something else and you are being charged to trade a demo account.
I think that is why you are not being allowed to hold overnight positions as it makes it difficult to manipulate what is going on behind the scenes.

Getting funded by a prop firm so I can trade full time has been something I've been working towards as a goal going on 4 years now, I'm finally reaching a point where I feel confident in my ability to trade full time as a career. I've just started researching prop firms to reach out to since self funding an account with enough capital to trade full time isn't an option for me yet. Does anyone have any up to date information that can point me in the right direction? It doesn't have to be a remote prop firm, I'll relocate if I have to. Just need to know where to start and what expectations I should have.

This new player in the forex prop trading firms, are the5ers.com. We work with them for almost a year and they are wonderful guys, great support and have high payments ethic. Very rare to this industry.
