When I went to http://www.fxopen.com/TradingTerms.aspx, I found one condition that says most of the trades must not be closed before 1 minutes. Does this rule apply for MyFxbook competition that is going on now?

No, please note that this is for Standard accounts while you trade on ECN accounts.
