Has anyone noticed the team of InstaForex.com?

I've noticed that most of the team is under 25 years of age, and the president is actually 22 years old.
Do these guys really have enough experience to run a broker?

There have no many negative reviews on this broker! Even, I am not sure about their regulation! You can check on Google about their trading activities! Although, they are very active on Forex Forums.

When it is time to invest a large amount we have to emphasis on broker regulation, after regulation system I will look for their despot and withdrawal system how it works. Most of the brokers right now are found to be scams. So, for ensuring a right Forex broker we have to be dedicated and have to pass enough time.

In Forex market place, when looking for a broker there are many important things we the traders have to check. according to me , I will be first of all broker regulation , because the real regulated trading broker for all time make sure security of funds at any kinds of investments with a wide range of trading technologies.

Well the age doesn't matter usually - but really guys? Younger team = less experience. No regulator. Sounds suspicious to me.

Instaforex got a license with the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) in 2017. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/brokers/insta-forex)
The CBR is Russia’s financial mega-regulator which oversees the banking and all other financial markets in the country. As of 1 January, 2016, locally-based forex brokers are required to be licensed by CBR in order to operate in the country. As far as I know only a few local Russian brokers have such a license. That said, that license does not necessarily mean the broker’s trustworthy. After all, they gave one to InstaForex, which, as you said, does not exactly have a good reputation.

Avoid them at all costs
They sucks in all aspects be it trading execution, funds withdrawal, etcc...
Generally all Russian brokers sucks

I think according to me, In spite of a good educational facilities that’s not possible at all to lead a comfortable trading life with certainly , if you don’t have a reliable support form a credible trading broker , because the broker can affects the result of our trading with certainly.

I would like a broker that gives some kind of promotions from time to time. Also that broker’s withdrawal time has to be less. I don’t like waiting for my profit to come in my payment processor for too long.

If you want to be a good trader , first of all you have to acquire proper money managing plan , because despite of good trading knowledge that’s not possible at all to lead a comfortable trading life at all if you don’t know how to ,manage money. So money management is really important

The best Forex brokers don’t restrict any trading techniques with scalping and hedging. They always make sure best trading environment for using any kinds of trading strategies by providing lowest trading spreads as well minimum margin requirements.

Yes MM is important. But this is offtopic.
But with the same trade plan and MM you wont succeed on Instaforex and you can succeed at IcMarkets for example.
Especially when Instaforex refuses to withdraw deposit and profit - personal experience.

In such cases, I believe the best would be to report the case/s to regulatory authority of the broker. InsaForex are under regulation of CySEC (which is not bad) and registration in FCA (basically is nothing in fact - just image) and also regulations on few exotic places (does not count them at all).
Perhaps would be good to send detailed explanation with examples to CySEC how the InstaForex manipulate trades or refuse to send you deposits and profits and CySEC will react.
Just in this case, the issue I expect would be that they might accept clients (signing contracts with clients) from their companies registered in exotic places like Saint Grenadine for example that might open the door for them to act as they are doing it. Nevertheless I believe you have to try.

There is a lot more you can get away with on an ECN broker as the spreads are so much lower and they are fairer

As i wrote before,
I made the profit with my Caesar strategy with INSTA (even though it was tough to do anything as their feed was often frozen)
They refused to withdraw profit and balance.
They hold my funds for months even though I was fully verified.
