There is nobody who is able to reduce loss completely from this volatile trading place, but taking some major steps it can be reduced sometimes. If we can manage our risk when trading practically then it is possible to reduce loss form before. So, we have to emphasis on risk management policy besides acquiring good trading knowledge.

We have talked many many times about reducing the risk and respectively the loss. Good point but we all already know this :)
Accept the loss as experience

It sounds like you have to is all figured out. The part which you seem to be missing is that 'risk' has no real definition in forex.
My avatar explains "social trading" perfectly.

100% doesn’t exist here; that’s way we traders need to follow the money management rules so honestly! Forex is all about probabilities, not certainty.

Yes, risk has no real description; but we traders need to use much low risk ratio as we can! High risk ratio is always costly.

Do you use any fixed percentage? Or you have individual plan in your live trading?

I similar. I risk 3% my account percentage each time

I think, you have a good success ratio with your trading system, that’s way you are able to use the 3%.

Risk as a percentage of the equity :)

I just use a fixed Lot size. Seems to work for me

To reduce loss one needs to be able to plase SL and TP appropriately. Placing them poorly does not lead to profit.

Peoples always said, please trade with the right money management. If you have so much money to deposit, then you can follow it.
How about traders that only depo $100? Do you think they are patience enough to have profit 2% per month? 😇

I have a $500 account and I have to risk quite a lot (as a percentage) each time I trade. Otherwise I would only be making a few cents and what's the point of that

Same as me. Thats why many trader like to take high risk position in order to make big money. We are eager seeking for big profit. Little will get high profit and start to consider to use low risk, but most trader will blown away all their initial.

What’s the average risk percentage? More than 3% or not?

The extrapolation in excel file may looks well... after few years, but in fact 99% never reaches them.

Mostly they go for 100% profit even more, it’s my personal experience.

Maybe, it’s 100% monthly return; but I am not sure! Only @Adri can clear it!
