@beren I was referring to the live account. Demo account section is indeed in maintenance and will be fixed within the next few days (both AutoTrade and the portfolio) - I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Ethan,

My thanks to you and the team for jumping on this. From what I gather the makers of MT4 threw you a curve.

You mention that the live accounts are up and running. As an 'F.Y.I.', the AutoTrade my Live Accounts are not updating. I'm tracking 2 live accounts on IBFX and my MyFxBook account is still stalled out.

Hope it comes together soon. Thanks again.

Ok, my account is updating correctly without the EA. Good work! Blame on metaquotes, I'll move to another platform as soon as the market and myfxbook will offer an open platform.

OK, thanks. It's good to get a status update. For when things have settled down, it might make sense for you to maintain a status page where you list planned and unplanned service disruptions.

Ethan, Any chance we can have the option to display the 'Statement uploaded successfully' message in the experts tab? I might have 20 charts and lots of my own debugging/runtime output going to experts and the additional messages make debugging and monitoring a bit more messy...If it only came up once an hour or something with an 'alive' message or something that would be better.

Thanks for the good work,
FXK

I think autotrade providers must show more transparency. Signal providers should show open & history trades so that followers can evaluate & have fate to follow their signals. Take Zulutrade as an example, signal providers have to show everything.

This would be great... at least historical trades if you want to preserve current trades.

@CrazyTrader @samalphard @Clopma Guys, we've already added this ability which will be enabled within a few hours - active live followers can see the open trades, orders and history of their providers.

Thanks Ethan, but why only live followers can see? Normally we will follow a trader by demo first & then live if we see their strategy/performance/risk within our preference or tolerance. Take maximum open trades as an example, some trader like to open so many trades & keep on adding/averaging losing positions.

Hi Ethan,

me and my friends have a question regarding the Autotrade account setup.
We are a group of prof forex traders, and many of us have some very decent live performances
of course with live accounts. But there is a problem.
We have discussed it with our Forex group and we would like to join Autotrade in order to offer
the community our expertise and of course our signals.
But there is one problem, we all use real accounts for our trading BUT also
make use of certain EAs in our accounts.
Is there any option to exclude the EAs performances out of our accounts
in order to just show and use our manual trading?
Of course if we would offer our account in order to be copied
there would be no use of EAs anymore and we would just stick
to our manual trading.
Not worth to mention that our manual trading performance is by far better than
any EAs we use...

I hope you get the point.

best regards

Kian

I am interested to know exactly how this autotrade works. Where can I find the list of profitable traders that are allowed in US.
Have rules and stick to them.

i had the demo account blown also due to one single xauusd position

i have however faith in the system and so i am circumventing the problem by the exclusion of xau, xag and similar from trading.

but this is a patch that i would not reccomend to anyone

the good job should be done by the guys at myfxbook
