Yeah, what do I know anyway?
Obviously nothing at all.
Point taken: real traders don't participate in forums.

Sometimes, it’s true! But, don’t underestimate the members; even I know few good traders here.

I would say ability to bring somewhat good and consistent profit during some amount of time like for exameple one year or even more maybe for quite long periods of time. Other way you are probably an amateur based on skill or so. Please do so as well.

If you can live on your trading profit alone then you are a pro trader. Simple. Just like a pro anything

For the professional trader, trading is a regular job. The professional trader does not trade for the excitement or because he wants to make a fortune with a few lucky trades. Trading is not an easy profession and it requires time, hard work and a lot of hustling before you can make money.
Of course, it’s not an easy way of money making! You may noticed, all of the pro traders are trading with a long term trading experience, that’s the reality!

Even I think, one year is not enough; because almost all of the new traders start their trading with zero background! So, it’s quite impossible to build a good trading skill within a very short period of time.

A broker must have excellent knowledge of the market as he is the one who is suppose to invest money either he can take the trader or investor towards money loss, he must have legal and professional knowledge as less knowledge is more dangerous transparency is a must for a long term business relationship.

Broker is just access to the market. Do not trust any trading education they provide. It is all about price and execution

A professional trader is the one who has a financial services licence or legal opinion in the operating jurisdiction. Having a licence doesn't mean he or she was/is/will be a successful trader... But having it you can call yourself or be called a pro - without it you are an amateur even if you have millions in profits from trading... This is the answer from a legal point of view. Full stop.

To become a professional trader, you must learn trading basics and advanced basics. Once these are mastered, you can learn proven strategies and gain experience in implementing them.

I am afraid you are right. You can pass the test and get license.
Yet it is based on teheoretical knowledge of tems you actually do not need.
It has no relation to your trading skills. So even cerified tradercan be a loser.
IMHO professional trader is the one who follows trading plan and who has stable and proven results.

Strategy is the key! No one can make consistent money here without having a proper game plan! But, here there is no way on following others call!

A professional trader is someone who does it for living and dont need to do any other jobs to earn money for living. If you earn each month enough from trading so that you can pay all of your bills than youre a professional as well. Thats the simple difference between professional and non professional.
Im a amateur but i think its true that pros are not interested in making their "secret recipe" public. Its like coca cola dont make its recipe public because its their business to make money with that.
Thats why i dont believe anyone whos selling robots, training videos, signals or what ever and spiting big words about their products because if it would really work they would not try to make money with that because they simply dont need to make money with that. They would keep it for them self and instead making money with trading their "secret recipe".
I agree with you

Pin bar is really popular but not for beginners, it is especially for the senior traders who are able to predict the real faction of this market with certainly by means of candlestick. According to me , who are able to make profit consistency by using this pin bar trading strategy , only they are professional in Forex.

I'd rather be called "Profitable Trader" rather than "Professional Trader". :-)
