If we are talking about paypal dispute, you need to be smart.
Don't mention anything about electronic item or intangible goods, because in that case you will lose your money.

Keep mention, that you expected to receive shipment, but seller haven't even provided tracking number etc.
Word against word.
The most probably seller will try to say that: 'buyer lied', but at such occasions, PayPal will stay at buyer side and you will get money back.

Just be creative and write good and believable story.
It's the only way how to fight such scammers.

I don't think, that you will have success with this version with PayPal. They also ask the seller and he can show somehow out of emails or what ever, that it was a software item....

seller can show some kind a proof, but question is, if he will spend his time by doing this,
he will just find other victim...

Sad

It's funny how the 'troll' ends up blocking me. Yet of course he makes about 2% profit and I have made over 300% profit in the same time, managing the account. These guys are a total waste of time and spend more time trolling then actually trading! So chamchoun talk that smack now buddy!

Lol. @HolyGrailPTY keeps on telling me to concentrate on my trading because I only earn 5% a month, when he himself blew up his own accounts spectacularly.

His real name is actually Alexis Ampudia and he got busted by the SEC for a Identity Theft 'Pump and Dump' Scheme. Read: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2007/lr20071.htm That link might not be forex per se, but it shows his ethics and scamming tendencies. Beware if he ropes you in to be his 'client'.

I am blocked in almost all the xxx trader PRO system threads.
Jan 05, 2016 at 07:31
Just been blocked by currency-insider_info or whatever he calls himself. I called his works a scam (which they are!)
He then asked for my arguments ,which I will gladly give but then blocked me??!!
So I will answer here then..

1) not verified - verification is there for a reason - But I bet you will have an excuse - something along the lines of..you are not comfortable with supplying your investor password (old scammer trick)
2)ridiculous returns...If it were real, you would be a billionaire and no need to come sell your system here. There are a few scammers here using this to try and lure investors.
3)equity set to private because it is a demo account- no withdrawals passing through there - but some unscrupilous brokers can do a little magic there as well.

Hello all

why vendors block us when asking something they 'dont like'.
These guys will block you if you question them. They block all information that is important in deciding if they are a scam or not. Until they open up their blocked info and aren't afraid to answer critical questions, you need to approach them as total SCAM artists. You've been warned. Lose your money at your own risk.

Just so you know. If a person opens his trades, then his system can very easily be 'reversed engineered'. Unless the person took your money, and didn't give you what you paid for, then you should re frame from calling that person a scam.

Just so you know... I am sure we are all well aware that 'reverse engineering' can happen. But for the last x posts, the complaint was being blocked, also the topic of this thread.
I also set some of my account details to 'private', definitely not because I am hiding something, but because I feel my equity is private, but if an investor wants to see it (and I will insist he does to see the withdrawals are real) I will gladly open it for an hour or whatever.
Even intent to commit scam activities in my books count as being a scammer.

btw. Your pro-scammer attitude builds quite a reputation here, which of the known scammers are you?

We will never 're frame' from calling a spade a spade and a scammer (or even intent thereof) scammer.

The reality is no one will want to 'invest' in your 'system' if you are hiding your stats. not to mention your stats aren't even eye popping and my 'pro-scammer' attitude simply gives others another way of looking at the entire 'Scam' trend we see now on myfxbook. If a person posts a system, you post on their thread, you ask a question, and the person blocks you, that doesn't make him a scam. That simply makes the person not willing to want to answer your questions, and avoid future messages from you.
Now if you have bought a person's system, and then they block you, then of course that is a scam. Yet, how easy is it for someone to say 'I bought this'. but it is even easier to post proof which will force the admin of the site to shut that persons page down right away.

Get a life bro. You think the Admin is going to make modifications which is no way shape or form is going to improve this website. You should focus on trading, and making money, because the sad reality is the way you are trading no one is going to ever subscribe to your silly service.

If investors are serious about investing with one, I am sure they will make contact with the seller and the seller will open his trading history even for 5 minutes. Aaaww, is my stats not good enough for you. I really couldn't give a fig.. I have also witnessed that there was an increase in scam alerts.. Doncha think it is maybe because of so many scammers activity? So let me get this straight.. So if a vendor of, say cars, is surrounded by potential buyers, is it OK then to ignore those wanting to know the mileage and fuel consumption and just answer those interested in discussing the colour availability and price?
I keep hearing the same stupid argument over and over that a buyer must come and complain for it to be a scam.. Don't you think maybe there is lack thereof because they were alerted by others before falling victim..
Traders are blocked when asking these 3 things.. Do them and block away.. If they just do these 3 things, 90% of traders won't have to wonder about the legitimacy of a system.. 1) use a mainstream broker 2)do a small withdrawal and let us see your equity and lastly fully verify it. Any excuses not being able to screams out scam.
The admin of this site have informed us a while ago that they are working on bringing the 'block counter' and I am sure it will eventually happen. I really can't wait.. I am almost convinced it will paint a pretty grim picture of you as well..

I have never, never advertised anything. the only bit of advertising is in my signature. But it is in my nature to try and warn others from falling victim to scams.
I have been in this business for a while now and decided to help expose scammers with the knowledge I have gained over the years.

If you are mixed up in scam activities..chances are good that I will sniff you out and expose you.

A friendly reminder :

When checking an account for their legitimacy there are a few steps, but here are the basic ones. All of them have to check out, not just one or two.

It must be fully verified.
The vendor must have it on a main stream broker
His equity must be open and he must have a withdrawal

Any excuses not being able to fulfill any of them should trigger alarm bells and I would urge you to stay away..
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far..Go together..

Dear Traders,

Please note that we have implemented a new feature yesterday - you can now see how many users are blocked by a specific user in the user's profile page.

Thanks,
