These are some good recommendations. I have read all of these three and they helped me know a lot about trading. Books are indeed a great way to start learning forex. Another one I can suggest is - The intelligent investor.

There are various types of online websites from which it is possible to learn. However, a proper plan and discipline are required.

Currency Trading for Dummies is a good book and you can try this one. You can also go with some courses or read articles.

Other than books, you can also have a look into the online study material available for forex. For example babypips, earnforex blogs, etc.
Just stick to the reliable sources, and especially be careful of those asking you to pay.
