Relative Drawdown by Balance

Being asked a few times about Relative Drawdown, I was about to post here how it is calculated by MT4, and an alternative, more meaningful method to calculate it by Balance. The system does not use stop losses and as it is at the moment it will lose everything. Instead of stop loss the EA uses hedging, with my proposed changes it will trade safely with minimal drawdowns.
