Hi is there a way of exporting the information from an account on my FX book into a excel spreadsheet?

I would use direct publish from MT4. There is no need to publish on Myfxbook and than make xls out of it.
Go to Account history tab in MT4 - than right click and Save as detailed report.
Open html in Excel than
