Hi,

It would be great if you can implement a feature which will allow us to grant full access to selected users. This will allow us to keep certain information private whilst just adding users to a list who are allowed full access to all the information in our trading profile.

Thank you.

Have a blessed day.

or it could be a password protected profile

As long as it's not 1 shared password for all.

But restricting it to selected users is probably easier for us, because the user will then anyway need to be logged in to myfxbook to be able to view the profile to which he has been granted access. Others who are just browsing without being logged in will not be able to see all the details.

But then again.. I see your point... if we want to grant access to someone (a potential investor maybe) who is not interested in signing up @ myfxbook but wants to view our complete profile, then a username/password would be more useful.

it could also be a password for 1 time use only. So when you need to show someone your profile you can give him that one time pass.
Or it could be a password that expires in a custom period of time (ex: 3 days,1week), or that will never expire
And you should have a way to manage all this passwords, and have comments beside them(so you can write there who you gave it to).

There was another suggestion in a different thread to make it possible to selectively hide or make public, the columns in the trade history section. I believe even this suggestion will serve our purpose and will also be easy to implement. So basically we can keep certain columns like entry, exit, open/close dt etc private if we wish to. Since you already have this available under 'settings' I think it might be easier for ur programmers to simply add on to it by giving us the option to hide/show any of the columns in trade history.

What do u think Andrei ?

I really like this idea. For two reasons.

1.) We can still hide our trading activity from the majority while giving Friends, other members that we like and any investor the privilege to view all of our trading activity.

Investors do not want to sign up just to view our statistics. A simple Password, included in our invitation link would be an easy solution for investors..

2.)We can have a Buddy list, that grants the MyFX members access.

Before one invests in a PAMM one would want to see all the trades to figure out what was the draw-down on each to see if the risk was excessive . One should not invest in a system that hides this information.
