It seems the multiplier cannot be increased under the subscribed systems tab. When I adjust it and refresh it, it returns back to the old value.
The only way it seems to work is when I delete and add the system again with the new multiplier.....

Solved ! I just noticed the save option under the system name after we increase the multiplier.
