when changing oanda URL for an active system, should change status to pending vote results

When i change the URL to an oanda system, and the status is active before the change, i'd like the status to change to pending, so that i can see that new data is available once it again goes to active.
Currently it stays as active, which it actually is not, it's pending.
I hope U understand what i mean.
