Regarding broker "bonuses" and legitimate brokers. FXCM will open a new client micro account and FXCM will deposit $25.00 into the account. You can literally trade and not deposit any money being a new micro client with FXCM. I do not believe FXCM to be a bucket shop.

Maybe FXCM isn't a bucket shop but FXCM micro could be. They also have different sites.

You are not right. The bonus 30% can be used on PAMM. And the bonus is cancelled only when you take away money from the account.

Dear Arbatov,
before you even think to open a new PAMM account at FXOpen (as alternative to Instaforex), please, be aware that The Financial Services Commission, "...to protect the good repute of Mauritius as a centre for financial services and to protect investors..." has just revoked its Global Business Licences to FXOpen broker, probably due to this fact happened (and others maybe still unknown): http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/scam-alerts-folder/3958-fxopen-scam-broker-blocked-my-account-profits-around-46-000-a.html .
Besides, look at the attachement I posted below.
Weel, this should be a BIG warning for all of us as traders and have to be considered, in my opinion, as a clear proof about how these so called ECN, straight through, brokers are playing against us....

What do you suggest, in this occasion? To not open PAMM the account in FXOPEN? Also it is interesting to me to learn opinion of other investors.

Arbatov,
many US and non-US brokers offer PAMM accounts...
I think the best ones are those where you pay commissions to trade with them, like ATC or PFGbest, but there are also other alternatives like dukaskopy, Alpari, maybe also Broco (russian), but, unfortunately, I don't have any direct experience with them...
Hope someone here can give his contribution speaking about his experience with some of them, because it seems clear, one more time, that the main issue to solve with any good system (like yours) it's to find, first, a good, honest and reliable broker to trade with...
By the way, about your question to open or not a new PAMM with FXOpen, my answer can only be a loud NO, and, for this reason, before invest a single penny in your system, I'll wait you'll find a top serious broker (if any really exists) where open a new PAMM account at.
If it's too good to be true, probably isn't (true)!

For last month, me have entrusted the investments more than 40 investors. You personally, and these 40 investors, did not hear about me anything in general, still one month ago. I in fact the rights? I think, that the rights. However, you and other investors does not interest, my license. There are many brokers. Which, not looking that have no the license, are normal brokers. Here my answer.

Maybe, Arbatov, you should also consider the possibility to give your GBP/JPY signals through access to a demo account (using investor/read only password) at fixed monthly subscription fee, for instance, so, each investor could freely choose his own broker and trade at his prerferred risk level, copying your trades via a copy tool software (there are many available for MT4 platform)...
Did you never consider this possibility?
I think you would attract a lot of new investor in this way...
Only my thought, of course, it's your choice.

Me does not arrange to give signals through the password of the investor. I have read closely clause which you have specified. Has read the answer of broker FXOPEN. And why, you consider, what the trader which has written it, the rights? If he is right, let will address in court. Also will in addition ask through court indemnification of mental cruelty, we shall say in 1 million dollars. If this trader of the rights many lawyer companies will not take from him service charges but only will work for 30-40 % of the commission. However this trader does not address in court. All can таки he traded on not to market quotations using a technical problem in МТ4?

Hi All,
FxOpen has regulated by Australia (ASIC) now. Please have a look below:
http://search.asic.gov.au/cgi-bin/gns030c?acn=143678719&juris=9&hdtext=ACN&srchsrc=1
So, I think it should be safer to open FxOpen ECN account now.
Arbatov, please let us know when you have opened PAMM in FxOpen ECN.
Thanks.

Yes but still operating under the FXOpen Investments Inc which is based in Mauritius. New company should be FXOPEN INVESTMENTS PTY LTD. I've never dealed with brokers regulated by ASIC and I don't know if they offer any compensation schemes.

ASIC can't be trusted? Hope to hear more about your views on ASIC.

@ Arbatov:
what kind of translator do you use?! It's really impossible to understand what you say here, please, change it with another one that really works and translate in ENGLISH, thanks!
@ Alankw88:
FXOpen is STILL regulated and based in Mauritius, and even when - and IF - a new FXOpen Investments PTY LTD will come, it will always come from the same scam artists get their licensed revoked by The Financial Services Commision in Mauritius and that blocked a $46,000 client's account without any explanation (except that to hold all the profits made by the customer)!
Do you still trust in people like them, or do you wait that the same thing happen to the Arbatov's PAMM account?
