@ddr555 I think you didn't understood yet the strategy behind this robot.
The strategy seems to be grid and martingale but your lot exponent seems very high. I mean what lot exponent are you using in the grid?

@ddr555 I think you didn't understood yet the strategy behind this robot.
The strategy seems to be grid and martingale but your lot exponent seems very high. I mean what lot exponent are you using in the grid?
I believe that strategy stops selling when up trending occurs and then waits until the down trend is confirmed. Once this happens the distance between the last order and lotsize will be used to determine the next lotsize. Since the grid stopped selling and waited for a down trend to continue, the grid distance was significantly larger which results in the much larger lot size.
I would admit the lot exponent does not exist the way that you are thinking. Nice Job BlueMonkey!!!!

I had gbp trades on my 3rd now. Other 2 closed in profit.

You need to understand the over all trend is bearish on eurusd so we are trading in the right direction. As for the higher lot size it is needed to be able to bring our tp closer to the price now for it being 12 times lager than the first trade well I think it is smart this will bring a bigger profit than what it would be if we just hit our target with the first trade. We need this bigger profit to make the reward worth the risk that has been taken with the dd. in the end if we do get stopped out your loss will be no different than if you traded lower lots it will still be 30% of account if you left the setting at default.

bundesrepublik also check the settings in the GBPUSD "Allow DLL imports"...
just remember when you enable the EA for a pair sometime it takes few days to start trading i think once it toke like 2 or 3 days for me

Make sure you're using the BMEA v1.1, just in case you still use 1.08 or older...

as you guys remember i had tree "orphan" orders (this is how everybody called then.. its not the best definition but we can understand) from 9,10 and 11-dec... i closed then few minuts ago.. i lost just a little bit but at least i closed then manually...
Right now GMT 7:15pm We have no trades in the Bluemonkey's Master account neither in the both test accounts...
I also wrote the number of trades in the history of each account:
BlueMonkey Master - 480 trades
Mine - 82 trades
FXCM Demo - 0
IronFX Demo - 8
So now It will be easier to track and compare the next moviments

Good work done! after all it will prove that this EA leaves orphan trades ( untracked by EA) and Alex will say "its strange!" and blame broker not allowing EA to take trade or close trade. So I suggest to keep record of Expert log and Journal which will show the activities of broker if they disable trade, if any.

There are a few possibilities for not taking trade by EA Are:
1. It may not be properly registered by Alex.
2. May be trade disabled by broker, check the expert log and journal it will show abnormality if any.
3. Connectivity of net work, run the Tracert and see is there time out of net work
4. EA might have bug!!!
