Hi to all,

Does anyone else have problem using this EA?

I use it in ALPARI UK DEMO and everything is OK and flying!

in OANDA real it went crazy and opened 1080 orders at once!!!!

I had to shut down the account.

The support team is now checking for the problem

What problems do you mean?
Do you mean the problem with BlackLord? If yes, this problem was only on the OANDA platform and is already solved.

The difference was only, that the volatility was much better in May than in April.
Also May was an extremely good month for the EA.
If you take a look to the contest in March, there I had also about 70% profit in one month.

No setting has been changed since the EA is running.

Hey guys-March looks phenominal, may was phenominal and so far in June...31% in less than two weeks wow!!! I may have an explanation for May...did something go wrong...I mean, the ea had MANY orders open for two weeks...go take a look...some big winners and big losers. This may have contributed to the 'small' profits of 25%....any input on this Fred?

yes it is looking good.

Could you share what your:
pips=?
Win_per_trade =?
Risk=?

These I think most important in order to duplicate your results.
Thanks alot.

Hello,
I do not know what you mean exactly, but one word regarding the winning percentage.
You have to be careful with the values, because this values are no relative values, this are absolut values with basis the starting account balance.
This means, when I start with an account balance of $10000 and after the first month I have a winning of lets say 100% then I have an account balance of $20000 after this month. When I would make a profit of another $10000 then this would be 50% of the $20000. Regarding MyFxBook, I would have another 100%, because they calculate from the beginning value.

I use the default settings in this demo account.
pips=11
Win_per_trade = 12
Risk=4.5

Hey ebner how many trades will this open if per say you get a trending market and the currency drops say 200 pips in a day? Is there a way to control how many trades it will open, say 5 or 6 so it doesn't open 20 trades as the price falls?

If I were to place a manual stop into an order by doing a 'modify' order would this effect the ea's ability to use its internal stop and take profit levels? or would this throw it off? thanks!

Is there a way to make it so the ea opens up new positions less frequently, say every 40 pips rather than 30 or so? These are all great questions that should be looked into for the next EA update and even maybe faq? thanks again :)

At the moment a trade will be opened at about every 11 pips. So after 200 pips, there will be about 18 open trades.

You can set up a security stoploss inside the EA, that means, that if the profit of your open trades will be below this percentage of your Account balance, all of your open trades will be closed. In the standard settings the value is 50%.
With this parameter at 50% and the other parameters at default, there will be opened max. about 20 trades.

If you set a smaller SecuritySL then there will not be opened so many trades.

No it would not affect the EA.

This is already possible with this version of the EA.

I am already working on a FAQ page.

Hi!

I have the same issues as the threadstarter. CAD-trader opens a million orders on my Oanda-Account. I see the problem has been solved for him. Could anybody tell me what to do to stop the EA sending endless orders ??
