I came across your system, looking nice, performed well in April volatility.
I have a question, Is it good to run at Hot forex or do you recommend any broker ?

You can run on any broker, we have not come across any issue, however simple rule is lower the spread higher chances of basket close sooner.
Further Hot Forex is one of the broker we use for our managed funds clients and EA is working great at Hot Forex.

Hot Forex use to offer unlimited demo. Still there are couple of them but you can try Think forex they offer unlimited demo.
We have tested this one and also we have a live account with them as well.

This EA you are referring seems to be a simple grid EA, that simply use to trade trades Longs only. It made profit during rising Gold prices and blow the accounts when market reversed.
Ours (Drive Gold) trades in both directions. It follows the Trend as Trend is our friend. This account is successfully running since December 2012 to date when Gold price had reasonable movements from $1700 to 1190$.

Current version is based on current market conditions i.e. mainly but not limited to :
Daily movement
Volatility
Spread
Etc.
Therefore using current version and testing previous period is not ideal.
You can see this forward test was started in December 2012 and now we are in 2014 so already in 3rd year but results are approx for 13 months
