It's Forex Cleaner with default settings .
I run it on one live account and have exactly the same results

About settings it have nearly nothing to tweak , just magic number, order_comment, risk, slippage and stealth mode

I am running it on live account 3 months already with few other EAs. Results are almost the same, very close. Problem is that this EA is producing 2, maybe 3% monthly profit only.
