We had to close down this account with FXCM-UK, as we were having too many issues using their liquidity bridge - Boston Technologies.
Some of the issues:
- GHOST trades - several of our trades would be repeated at various interval, duplicating a single order. (In the worst incident, One single order was executed 12 times by FXCM)
- Too many 'off-quote' replies due to lag between BT and FXCM
- Trades not closing at the identified TP - sometimes hanging for up to 10 - 15 minutes.
- loss of connection to trading platform (we did not lose connections with any other brokers)
This list goes on, but the above were the most dangerous to our profitability.

Due to these issues, here are some discrepancies between myfxbooks statistics and our broker:
- We made over 50% in the account trading form March 9 - March 28, myfxbooks shows 38% gain.
- We only deposited 2K, deposits shows 2248 (the 248 is adjustments on trades not closing at TP)
- Our peak (banked) profit is 3,090 - around 50%, however, profits show 27% due to above adjustements.

We are not making excuses, the last dip in account equity is as result of :
- withdrawal 400 from the trading account.
- losses due to closure of all open trades to shut down the account.

We are now adding another account - a demo, which should show up shortly.

We have shifted over to the new broker - Alpari-UK
Please check our system here - https://www.myfxbook.com/members/MoneyFountain1/managed-account-z/25566

This is simply the continuation of our FXCM account as mentioned in our earlier post.
