I'm not saying it's a fraud, nor am I a doubter. All I'm saying is that the JL trader post raises some interesting queries. My own due diligence confirms that there are some issues with the historic trades, these should be considered and the reason for them addressed. If Doug was to disconnect and reconnect the account then the issues that occurred with MyFxBook should hopefully disappear.
However here's another thing to consider. JL trader flagged that the trades were the same on the statement published on Doug's site, which would rule out a MyFxBook issue.

Hi all,
My REV EA has sell NZDUSD at 0.77550 and it wen up above 0.77880 I still have one order till now. Not sure EA has to open 2nd trade or not assume it work normally.
Please kindly advise. Thank in advance
Note that I use default setting from set file.

Generally speaking this EA works but rerurns results not so good as Dough Price said about. This guy falsificated in some unknown way trade history...

Why would I intentionally pull the statement when that statement is all over the internet? That is just the silliest thing I've heard.. and it left a blank page on my website. I didn't realize it wasn't loading, but now that you have brought that to my attention I plan on fixing it.

I am now out of all 3 nzdusd trades profitably. As I said, sometimes I do even better than the account shown at myfxbook.

Good stuff, thanks for putting the statement back. It does of course raise the question of why the MyFxBook trades that are due to an upload problem are the same as the trades on the MT4 statement.

Hi Doug,
I was about to "make the plunge", but your saying its an occasional software update and not just a .set update had me backing off. With a .set a kind of wfa (walk forward analysis, periods of backdata to optimize followed by forward test) as something to examine over the 60day guarantee would be cool. But software updates means my $700 is going for dependency you'll always be here, which is no guarantee that any of us will long term be here. I'm not a doubter, just trying to look at this scientifically. Otherwise I've mostly been impressed despite the negative feedbacks.

When I say update, I mean it can be an improvement to the SOFTWARE or SET files. The software can independently be used forever without anymore updates if you optimized the settings yourself, you get complete control over the EA's systems with a tremendous amount of settings.

So I come up with the best ECN broker I can find (tallinex), roll the bones and take my chances. So far, I'm pretty happy with the results.
In the end, you use revtraderpro and put your money on the line, or you don't. That's all.
That's the most clever post to be found in the whole topic as it sums up all pro/cons found here to one thing: go for it and accept whatever's coming your way or don't and move on w/o looking back. Which means you take a decision based on your own judgment which is always better than just don't do anything at all. Thanks aicohn you really helped me in my very own decision making process.

I have the exact same results....all 3 of my nzdusd trades closed out profitably as well.

Us that got our trades entered at higher level made out great...won all 3 trades. Plus like I mentioned the chart looked so good in our favor I added two manual trades. Even on Vendors live account the EA handled 3 tough trades very well to minimize loss. That's what I really love about this EA. The way it dynamically handles trades for you. We all know how tough and time consuming that is, that's why we are always searching for great EA's no? So now you have one, let's enjoy it. I can see the vendor is very active with his creation and that is extremely important for future profits for all us clients. Be grateful you have someone like him and hope he never stops. Closes thing to a goose that lays golden eggs. To you doubters picking at discrepancies, etc just go away. It has already been discussed enough and if the vendor doesn't to hear it anymore than so be it. Go away and don't use the EA, you have 60 days to get a refund. Some people are so greedy they can't be grateful even when they have something in their hands that is golden.

Hi,
My two cents worth.... I purchased Revtraderpro early December 2014. I am using a ICMarkets live account and my results closely match the developers MyfxBook account. Watching the EA trade the methodology appears very solid and is definitely geared towards protecting your account through very active stop management. So far so good. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I just started running this EA this week, had 2 trades and 2 winners. In my opinion the reason this EA has such positive success is because of the trailing stop. This function has to have a positive effect on the performance.

i have use rev trader for 1 week. for now the performance is quite good..
Confidence is not "I will profit on this trade." Confidence is "I will be fine if I don't profit from this trade.
