M3 refers to the money supply in Angola, which comprises M2 as as large time deposits, institutional money market funds, short-term repurchase agreements (repo), and larger liquid assets year over year.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the AOA while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the AOA.
