Kazakhstan Business Confidence
It is determined as the average of balances of evaluations of levels of established factual demand and finished goods stock (the latter with a reversing sign), as well as predicted changes in production output, expressed as a percentage, in Kazakhstan's manufacturing industry businesses. When a survey company's economic activity is measured in percent, the balance is the difference between the proportions of respondents who reported growth and those who reported a drop in a certain indication of economic activity.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the KZT while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the KZT.
