The Bank of Mongolia (Mongolbank) is responsible for making interest rate decisions in Mongolia. The Policy Rate is the official interest rate.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the MNT while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the MNT.
