Slovenia Industrial Production YoY
The output of enterprises that are a part of the country's manufacturing industry is measured by industrial production in Slovenia. Accounting for 90% of overall production Manufacturing is the most important sector. Manufacturers' largest segments include: Fabricated metal products, excluding machinery and equipment (12% of total production), electrical equipment (10%), motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (7%), rubber and plastic products (7%), machinery, and equipment (6%), food products (5%), and basic metals (5%). The delivery of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning accounts for 9% of total output, whereas mining and quarrying contribute for 1% of total output.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the EUR while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the EUR.

Eurozone Jobless Rate Rises Slightly
The euro area unemployment rate rose slightly in August but remained near record lows despite weaker economic activity. The jobless rate climbed marginally to 6.3 percent in August from 6.2 percent in July, Eurostat said Thursday. The rate was forecast to remain unchanged at 6.2 percent.

Eurozone Inflation Accelerates In September
Eurozone inflation accelerated in September as the decline in energy prices slowed amid rising services inflation, reinforcing the expectations that interest rates are set to remain unchanged in the near term. Eurozone Manufacturing Activity Slips Back Into Contraction
Eurozone manufacturing activity worsened in September reflecting a reduction in new orders and a sharper fall in job shedding, final purchasing managers' survey data compiled by S&P Global showed Wednesday. The HCOB manufacturing purchasing managers' index fell to 49.8 in September from 50.7 in August. The reading was above the flash estimate of 49.5.
