There is an issue with a terminal running with UAC which we're working to resolve asap. You can run your terminal in "/portable" mode or better yet connect the account with auto-update mode.I apologize for the inconvenience.

The ex4 and the dll at the bottom of the page is for build 509 (we havn't updated it yet.)As to the new version - is doesn't use the MyfxbookEA.dll that's why you don't see it after the install.Please make sure your run the installer as Admin (right click->run as administrator)

@BluePanther so you're saying it should be showing at 0 as long as the balance is negative?If you have a balance of -$10 and close a trade for $2, what is the generated profit percentage wise?

BluePanther, I've replied to you privately, and would like to make it clear for everyone else that our statistics are accurate; You're seeing positive percentage gains even though trades are losing money because the balance is negative which skews the calculation - this is actually an issue with the broker as an account cannot reach a negative balance.

The lower the balance will get, the more risk will be taken with each position (relative to your account size vs the provider) as the trade size cannot be broken to smaller pieces than 0.01 lots - this will increase the chance of running out of margin and finally getting a margin call. Use the "Minimal Balance" field to know exactly how much balance you need to get accurate risk ratio when a trade is copied.

The Price Markets competition is only on the Dynamic FX symbols (ECN) - example: EURUSD_ (those symbols have a Blue background).To View those symbols: 1. Go to Market Watch. 2. Right-click and Select Show All.

The account is a PAMM account meaning there are constantly deposits and withdrawals. If the existing positions will be closed, you will see the drawdown is about 50%, however since there are new deposits coming in, it reduces the floating drawdown as the balance increases.

The simulator compounds all profits by default as the lot size is recalculated at each trade open based on the balance of the account - if the balance increases, so is the lot size and vice versa.

We do not allow scalping strategies and for that matter any strategy that can be majorly affected by slippage, which is why the minimal average trade profit is 10 pips.

That is inaccurate. We copy only trades that can be copied with a better or an equal entry. Moreover, live followers can already see the open trades and closed trades of a provider.

Slippage may occur at times but important to understand it can be both positive slippage and negative slippage which is why it is better to assess it as an average. To see the exact slippage, check the 'AutoTrade' tab in your portfolio and then click the '+' icon as shown here: https://blog.myfxbook.com/2013/10/07/autotrade-slippage-metrics-autocomplete-search/ .

It is very important to understand the trades are copied in real time - only trades that cannot be copied due to slippage are being synced every few minutes - this results usually in better entries than the provider and overall, in better system performance.
