I think it is not possible to use automatic trading system, because the data is changing and so I always adjusting the numbers. Well, it may be possible, I just cannot imagine how. :)It is best in swing trading, but also great in daily trading. In fact, in daily trading there is another parameter which can be used - interest rates. It is possible to build zones based on Interest rates and find out entering and exit levels of the banks.

small remark to previous post: not all traders will have Margin Calls, but the worst ones! (with the smallest accounts and worst entry prices). This Margin Zone (0.78177 – 0.77977) represents price levels with increased amount of supply.

Analyzing price chart with different oscillators, moving averages, and other indicators make to me no sense. How can you predict future looking to the past? Well it will be very subjectively. It is little more complicated. The goal is to locate critical zones for the hedged positions of the market makers. As soon as the price will leave this options corridor, and as long the price will stay outside of it, the market makers will lose money. However sometimes they do. :)

Thanks @Niels for your comment. I work with Limit Orders already. However the problem in my RM strategy is not that T/P wont get hit, it's that after hitting, the price continues to go and I miss larger profit. I mean, I limit my profit...

Hi there!Any good trader will tell you that Risk Management is the most important thing. It is even possible having a bad trading strategy but still make profit constantly with a good RM. Agreed?I use the most standard one: My S/L is certain percentage of my balance (I use 0,35% for one account and 1,5% for another), and I have always fixed T/P which is S/L*3.
