Forex is profitable ?
in
Galvenais

That's the whole idea of BP's course - to give you a good foundation. Not to give you a winning strategy. You have to figure that one for yourself. Trading is not an exact science and there are no 100% success recipes/strategies. You just have to try and learn by doing. That's why the demo accounts are free. Try, test, mend and do it all again until you have a consistently profitable strategy, then move on to live and try to recreate/repeat your success. If it doesn't work - go back and start again.

No such thing as a best for all broker... What's good for you may not be good for me and vice versa. So, no. However, this list is a good place to start when looking for a reliable broker. From then on it's all about that broker having the best conditions for your trading style and needs.

They have announced that it will be prolonged. Nothing unexpected. It just doesn't make sense to develop these rules 2 years and remove them after only 3 months...

15-20% a month is possible. If you start with micro account and let's say 500 bucks. Make a couple of insanely risky trades and you'll earn 10-50% per trade. Then again you can lose it all just as fast. You'd be better off betting on a coin toss.

That he was. By this day I think that's the most expensive tweet in the world.

IMHO, it's just a matter of time until it breaks out in one of the two possible directions... It's been in that triangle for quite some time. We'll just have to wait and see.

You know it's a market manipulation when the market is affected by the tweet. Which is the case with Elon Musk's "going private at 420" tweet. https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/sep/29/elon-musk-tesla-40m-sec-case-tweetsNot sure about how much Trump's tweets affect anything anymore... There's just too much BS rolling out of that one.

And also what kind of order execution (DD/NDD/DMA/STP/ECN) is the broker using.

If it's a bucketshop they will not aim to teach you anything. Nobody will invest the time and effort to write educational materials at a bucketshop. They need fast client turnover, not people who spend time learning instead of trading... One of the best free forex courses I've seen is on BabyPips.
Choosing the Right Broker

- Regulation - Location - Broker type (DMA, STP, MM, ECN etc) - Feedback and reviews of the broker - Minimum deposit and withdrawals - Negative balance protection P.S - The broker having any kind of Bonus scheme is almost certain that this broker is a Market Maker (A.K.A Dealing Desk) and is not going to let you withdraw your money. -> scam.

Also, you should make sure the trading conditions (chart movements, leverage and starting balance) are the same on demo as the ones you will use on live. Otherwise it's pointless. You just can't compare >50/1 leverage to the standard 30/1 with the Esma regulations that are now in play.

Actually since the ESMA regulations have been enacted - the brokers have disclosed their win/loss percentages. Out of all EU traders the average win/loss is 76% loss / 24% winWhat I want to know is who takes all the money from the losers?

Hold your horses! It's possible to make a living with a small starting sum. The only thing is that you can't rely on making a living right off the bat. You just have to invest time. A lot of time.

This is called a Bucketshop broker. You go in, you fund your account. Start winning and then they do not let you withdraw. A few things that might be a sign that a broker is a bucketshop and you should look for: 1. High leverage2. Regulated on some place like - Vanuatu, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, etc (off-shore areas or islands with no real regulation). 3. Bonus schemes - (no deposit bonus, bonus on deposit, bonus for account opening etc) These deposits are put there so that you have to overtrade to get your money, OR that when you start winning they will not allow you to withdraw because...

This is why you find a regulated broker that allows copy/mirror trading and is testing and verifying the strategies that the traders add to the platform.

If a broker goes bust - your funds are lost. That's where the regulation comes in. With a broker that is regulated by a good regulatory authority you can expect them to have some kind of insurance fund. The one in Cyprus is called ICF (Investor Compensation Fund) and they will pay up to 20k Euro in losses per person if the broker is bankrupt. So, yeah. Contact the broker and check? If they have their ASIC registration number listed on their website - check with in the ASIC registry if they really are regulated. The important part is to verify that they are REGULATED, and not just Registere...
