I asked Plimus for a refund a couple weeks ago. They referred me to FRWC. I asked FRWC for a refund 3 times. They ignored me. I then asked Plimus for a refund a second time and explained that FRWC ignored three refund requests. Plimus finally issued the refund yesterday.

I agree. I am only using HiRider and LMD on my live account. The only EA that wins at least some of the time is HiRider. Fusion and LMD nearly always loose. My demo is only up about $81 after running since day one of Fusion availability. I think my live account is down 20 or 30 bucks. I don't think this is going to work out.

I don't want to be coy about it but I don't even remember some of the names now and another thing is, part of the fault lies with me. I started goofing around with bots over a year ago. Some "no-name" bots and a few of the most popular bots we have all had endless emails promoting. It was a combination of crappy EAs and my ignorance. It wouldn't be fair of me to hurt the EA companies as the main thing that hurt me with the well known bots was a combination of the bots not being all they are cracked up to be, me setting the bots too aggressively, and the US government bei...

I hear ya. I have tried most of the "big" EAs and they ALL suck. One of them made several K in a very short time. I thought I had found the holy grail. Then, as usual, it lost that profit and tons of my own money (dad always said a fool and his money are soon parted). This is probably it for me. If they cant get this EA producing I can't keep throwing money down this rat hole. I don't even need a bot to make a ton. If it can make $15 to $25 per day I would be happy. I started the live and demo on day one of availability of EAs from FRWC. I have Fusion running on a small live account that was a very large, at least to me, account that another EA nearly wiped out. The account was down to $378.00. It is now at $409.00. It was up over $100.00 at one point but Super Volcano went crazy and was down by $150.00 at one point. When it retraced to only $50.00 down I thought I would cut my losses and close the 3 trades it had open. When the market went back down I was pleased with myself for "cutting my losses". After changing settings as recommended I made $16.00 on a 2K demo and $12.00 on a live account last night. That isn't retirement money but the EAs are doing better than they were doing. Will see where it goes from here.

Things have definitely gotten off to a rough start with these EAs. But, one person posting here said they already got a refund. That is encouraging news for anyone who may want to go that rout. Since we have 60 days I will continue to try to sort these settings out and see what happens. If things don't improve by day 59 a refund will be in the works. In the meantime I want to see if anything good can be squeezed out of these bots as they apparently don't allow you back in once you are out. That, of course, won't matter if things don't get a whole lot better than they are now.

They updated some of the settings and suggested pairs to turn on/off for current market conditions.

Hopefully the updated settings FRWC sent out by email today will improve the performance of these EAs.
