Just like predicted, today the Dax has reached the lower line of the trumpet @ 9790 and declined to the minimum of 9756.

Yesterday the SP 500 index rose to the high of the previous day and returned violently down, stopping at the 10 day Moving Average.For the particular case of the Dax index, today, a break down from the yesterday’s Inside Candle occurred at the market opening time, allowing to foresee the continuation of the decline.

Gold bounced higher after the World Bank cut its global growth forecasts. Today gold has risen sharply to $1321.38 per ounce.The price is heading the neckline of a potential Triple Bottom pattern.We shall reach Target 1 @ 1372,50 (Scenario 1) and if the neckline is crossed then we may reach 1433 resistance level, and on a longer term Target 2 @ 1528.46 (Scenario 2).

What the heck!As the Federal Reserve said growth is bouncing back and repeated that interest rates will remain low for a considerable time, Stocks rose to all time highs.I supose sky is the limit.

The markets have no volume and no significant moves. They are asking for a good shrink before new highs.Dax, is slowly declining. Drops usually early in the day, and recover after the US open..............................................Happy trading.

Do you believe it was just an accident???The Institute for Supply Management corrected its May manufacturing index to 56 after saying it applied incorrect seasonal adjustments to the figure. The Tempe, Arizona-based group initially reported the gauge fell to 53.2 from 54.9 in April.The decrease was "suddenly" found to be a mis-calculation and the figure re-released with all the numbers magically better? http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-0...ent-error.html
