FxWinnig was a non-regulated broker that runs a ponzi-scheme, some months ago performs a exit-scam, right now several lawyers firms ar taking legal actions , they used a non-regulated broker to scam investors making 'fake-painting' operations in a B-Book (internal broker order book that non goes to market)

FxWinnig era un broker no regulado, que ejecutó un esquema piramidal ponzi, hace algunos meses ejecutaron una estafa de salida, actualmente varias firmas de abogados están tomando acciones legales en contra del broker , utilizaron un broker no-regulado para estafar a inversores realizando 'falso-pintado' de operaciones en el B-Book (libro de ordenes interno del broker que no sale a mercado)

Is there anyone that has received their funds yet?

Still waiting the confirmation email and the request has been made on the 20th of June, this is now a month gone and no correspondence back.

Ya me autorizaron el KYC la semana pasada me llegó el correo de confirmación , ese mismo día en la tarde hice un 2 retiros para comprobar que el dinero se refleja en 15 días hábiles después de la confirmación del retiro . Resulta que al realizar los dos retiros ($3820 + $3980 ) nunca me confirmaron el retiro , les envié múltiples correos electrónicos y solo me respondieron :

Le informamos que su reintegro se encuentra en lista de espera. Son 15 días hábiles a partir de que reciba el correo de confirmación
 

Aprovechamos para agradeceros vuestra confianza y paciencia. Estamos trabajando para que todo vuelva a la normalidad lo antes posible.

 Ya pasó una semana y ni confirmación así como tampoco retiraron los fondos de mi cuenta como acostumbran hacer los días viernes después de la operativa.
Mi conclusión es que ahora tendremos otras trabas para poder retirar nuestros fondos. Ya que si ellos no confirman los retiros de esos montos , pueden tenernos meses esperando y después que te confirmen tendremos que esperar otros 15 días hábiles . El corredor o broker solo se está aprovechando de los clientes y generando comisiones de un dinero que ellos no tienen (aire) porque no lo están ni pagando con el proveedor dd liquidez ni a los usuarios y es están cobrando comisiones que ellos si están retirando .

Espero estar equivocado y que todos pronto reciban su dinero.

Hey I got my KYC approved on Friday 9th, I did a withdrawal request, let you guys know when they take the money out and when it hits my wallet.

Hallo Pithagoras, du hast also deine im Februar beantragten $50 erhalten und von deinem 3K Konto heute $1000 in Summe $1050 auf dein Konto gutgeschrieben bekommen, oder nur eine Mail mit dem Versprechen? Sollte dem so sein kannst du Screenshots beifügen es gibt inzwischen zahlreiche durch FXwinning gefakte positive Bewertungen um Panik zu unterbinden. Die Investoren über Blue Trades wurden auf den 7 Juli 'vertröstet' bis dahin soll 80% des umfangreichsten und längsten KYC abgeschlossen sein, LOL.
Erstaunlicherweise musste ich heute feststellen, dass ich mich auf FXwinning einloggen darf, jedoch stehen sowohl die Februar Auszahlung als auch die Komplettauszahlung des gesamten Kontos unverändert auf 'ausstehend'. E-Mails werden seit April nicht mehr beantwortet, weder meine Auskunftsanfrage bezüglich iher Lizenz zu deren Beantwortung sie gesetzlich verpflichtet sind, noch wurde auf meine fristlose Kündigung vom 2 März geantwortet oder reagiert, dies beinhaltet selbstverständlich auch die Verstreichung von 10 Arbeitstagen und die damit verbundene Auszahlung des gesamten Betrages zum 15 Mai 2023.

dado que se ha negado a responder desde el 20 de marzo de 2023 y también ha bloqueado mi acceso al back office desde el 23 de abril de 2023, la consecuencia es la terminación del contrato de la cuenta xxxxxx sin previo aviso. Esto lo libera de cualquier KYC. Le exigió a pagar en 10 días hábiles antes del 15 de mayo de 2023 mi saldo total de $xxxx5.90 a la billetera de depósito conocido: bcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ganz egal warum, weshalb oder wie diese Situation entstanden ist, Auskunftsverweigerung zur rechtsmässigen Registrierung und Lizenzierung bei den Finanzbehörden, falsche Angaben einer nicht existierenden Lizenznummer der Hong Kong Finanzaufsicht, der Abbruch jeglicher Kommunikation mit dem Kunden ist gerade im Finanzwesen ein absolutes K.O. Kriterium.
Fazit, mein Fall ist beim Anwalt, dazu habe ich schon zu viele Pferde vor der Apotheke kotzen sehen als das ich auf 'Vertröstungen' vertraue. FINGER WEG

Update, after 17 working days I received the money. I guess if you include UK bank holidays it is 15? 1000 usd confirmed.
