That is licensed in several countries and have good trading conditions overall but they don’t want to clarify why they applied a spread/sliplage bwtween 700 and 1000 pips

Customer service is useless and ignorant about how it is working market, stop and limit orders.

In my account on 24th june 2025 my ea placed 3 sell stop on us100, 1 x sell stop at 21990.2 and 2 x sell stop at 22008.6.
As per historical transactions the 3 sell stop orders have been executed at 21222.3 (between 700 and 1000 pips of spread/slippage) on 24th june 2025 at 18:16:44 (broker time gmt +2)
I ask clarification they told me it’s my ea issue, but this is a bullshit since everyone can see that the price on us100 on 24th june 2025 at 18:16:44 (broker time greece time zone) was between 750 and 1000pips far from the 3 sell stop orders….

I like the stability of the oanda platform. Trades always execute with no issues. Spreads are fair. Transfers have gotten easier over the years as well as cheaper.
What would you improve about Oanda?
There is nothing I can think of to change. Maybe the app could use a makeover, but that's all that comes to mind.

What do you like best about Oanda?
That fact that I can create Positions as low as 0.00001 is a great advantage as an America Investor to work within the FIFO regulations, as a smaller investor.
What would you improve about Oanda?
They have this amazing advantage of Micro Contract sizes, but they don't encourage Metatrader or anyone else to recognize it. This is the MARKET MAKER MOVE for them. and it's being wasted, while hurting those of us trying to bring on investors.
So we actually LOSE our advantage with MyFxBook and other auditing platforms like SignalStart, and MQL5 if we do use the contract sizes, because they don't read properly when audited.
---Also, the App needs some work. When you're checking the swaps in all the different currency pairs, the app will get hung up in a pair. And the only solution is to Reboot the App.

I talked to a representative on day one. He called me. I had a question after, and he never got back to me. All these Brokerages are stripped down with very little services. I had high hopes, but They're all the same. Except these guys have greater costs per trade in pips.

Good, overall. You need to watch out for the margin calls with Oanda since they do a check at 3:15 p.m. EST for margin call alerts.

The fact that it works with myfxbook and TradingView.
What would you improve about Oanda?
The web interface is clunky and over complicated; however, the Android app works great. I usually do most of my trading from within TradingView or the Oanda app.

Overall, it is a good broker. I have not had any problems with them other than the poor web interface. The spreads were better than Forex.com at the time I joined; however, I have not looked at ForEx.com since then.
I really like the fact that they allow me to connect external sites/apps to my account. It was hard to find a trading journal that would work with Oanda without having to manually download/upload data. I am pleased that it works automatically with myfxbook.

Opened my account in2019, I never had any problems with them until I decided to withdraw my funds. I was surprised and disappointed to have jump through hoops to withdraw and ultimately close my account. I would not recommend Oanda.

Pretty standard in every aspects of services.Will be good to see more social trading platform integrated- but looks like Oanda is retracing on that. Used to have Zulu support, but no more.
