I think, many traders will stay away of this 'broker'...

You're obviously talking about the wrong broker. I've used hantec for three years. There's no withdrawal charge and no dormant fee. And hantec is used by big firms too.

I currently use Hantec Markets. They are based in London, have excellent customer service available via webchat during trading hours. They offer Islamic trading, if requested. I have had no problems depositing or withdrawing money. They are FSA regulated. Market execution is fine for Metatrader 4 platform

I found Hantec Markets on google...
it's FSA regulated and offers MT4 for FX gold and silver.
after one month i am still really happy with their service and the execution at market.
hope they will keep working like this in the future.
