This broker carefully treat its traders and it's proved by the fact that there is a pretty low leverage here. The main idea is not to pose traders to high risks, hence there is such solution. However, I believe that it's a bit inconvenient, because there are some traders who are realy passionate about trading with high leverages. There are several account types, to my mind personally, it will only distract traders from their duties, but there are some traders who like this competetive element.

The broker started its business about 20 years ago and it keeps sticking to the high standards. Trading community is mostly positive about this broker, so, this drives us to the conclusion that working with this broker is absolutely safe. Now it is possible to trade with activetrades using their own platform along with mt lineup which is really great, be it mt4 or mt5, be it mobile version or desktop. As for trading conditions, they are pretty competitive, as the spreads are quite tight. More than that, I'd like to mention their educational center which will be definetely of great use to newbies.

After three months of trading here I can say that I’m satisfied with the brokerage company. It doesn’t offer any exclusive features, I don't’ find signals exclusive, but it ensures good execution and doesn’t suspend my withdrawals.

My main reason to join this broker was their web platform dubbed ActivTrader. It’s very convenient for me. I often use tablets, so I installed this stuff on my gadget. I prefer to trade on the go and the tablet is ideally suited for this.
Now let me tell a couple of words about regulation. Look, it matters nothing for me. I don’t deposit big money and my lots are not big too. So, I’m not afraid to lose and my gut feeling tells me that it’s not a scam.

As for downsides, I lack digital coins here. I really hope that the broker will add cryptos soon.

I was with them for a while. Spreads were pretty good. Customer service responsive and helpful.
But then it happened several times that I was stopped out over night (no news, flat market, sudden explosion of spreads by ~20 pips). They explained it as normal rollover. But this way you simply cannot have reasonable stop losses. This just makes big losses. Not acceptable. Looking at the detailed time series from http://www.myfxbook.com/forex-broker-spreads you see, that other brokers are much better.
When I wanted to withdraw my money I received a message saying that I would have open trades and my free margin would not be sufficient. I sent a screenshot from MT4 showing no trades. They said I would be wrongly logged in (no idea how that could be done) and which server I would be using. I sent the screenshot again, it did show the server in the first place (!). Now they confirmed everything would be fine and they would proceed. Sorry, this is just annoying. Let's see how long the transfer needs.

theys allow upload fake historicals in mt4 and show in live accounts, usually with 2 or 3 years historical
