Great, other than it is not working with MT4/5 mobile version. They have their own app, but this will not do. I have move now most of my funds to other brokers because of that. It is a pity.

"Worst Slippage and Price Fills"
What do you like best about Ox Securities?
I like OX for everything else except their slippage and price fills I can say on a monthly basis 2-3% difference is there between their closest competing brokers on my account growth

Price fills, slippage stop give excuses and send a basic document to fill up to review the issue rather take ownership and accountability on bad price fills and slippage if you account is less than $100K everything will be okay once account and lot sizes increase everything goes for a toss.

Everything is there, but useless navigation. No confirmation for closing trades. Just one click--which is stupid.

App needs serious overhaul. It's like a 6th grader programmed it.

Easy to deposit / withdraw by wire from US accounts. Low spread and no lag.

Get rid of pop-up nag screen on web version. Make it easy to authorize a computer and decrease security for that one.

I have been a client for going on four months. In general, they are pretty good. Specifically, they have rejected a money wire from my bank twice (after confirming everything was accurate), and not only did they not notify fee, we are on day three and counting of their not returning an email asking for answers to these problems. Honestly, if I could find another broker with 1:500 leverage that serviced U.S. clients, I would move on.

Every situation and question that I have asked has been handled with courtesy and promptness. Nothing but great things to say about them.
