I believe that contests are not for real traders because you will forget about all the rules of money management and the risk involved. You only try to get bigger profit with as much aggressive trading as you can.

Very frustrated.
Market orders receiving system error messages.
Then after several minutes system errors disappear and appears to be working fine.
Then limit orders cannot be placed.
If this was real money......I would be talking with my lawyers and burning somebody's ear off.
Too many technical glitches and hurdles to overcome today!
Let me know when FXCM works the bugs out because from my viewpoint this is not ready for
Prime time.

It's embarrassing how badly this works, do not leaves me open or closed positions.
Before I did not stop running, I have very clear that never work with a live account with FXCM, luckily it's a demo.

Same😡 thing for me too. I want to close my trade for profit and now a new message appears saying that it cannot find the account. Anybody know what's up with the demo accounts?

Okay, I just entered a XAU/USD sell order for 20K. It showed up as 20,000, but automatically had a $8,600 Gross Loss. Then it closed out after about 15 seconds. The market went in my favor during that time period and continues to go in my favor. But I don't dare trying it again. Should entering trades stop?

Dear Jason Rogers,
I am disappointed of this contest.... Look to my issue
My contest account is 2131838
I was having two long positions on XAUUSD and I assigned take profit orders at 1151.70
The take profit order had been triggered for the 1st position ( Order number 50928614 ) while it had not triggered for the 2nd position ( Order number 50928607 )
I am requesting for my 2nd order to be closed at my take profit price.

win/lose it don't matter just love your family and friends...none of it will matter much longer....
