Spread?
You can calculate Yourself.
Let's say 0.5 pips per trade. Lets say You make 20 trades per day it takes You 10 pips of profit (!).
Long term results?
10 pips daily * 5 days a week = 50 pips / week
lets say 50 weeks in a year gives:
50 * 50 = 2500 pips in year!
Is it big or not, make answer Yourself :)

I woudn't say like that. Spread is something that You know from the start. That's why You cannot say that broker rip you off .

I believe Peeterwoolf is making a joke at how some people tend to view spread depending on how their trade goes.
