I would think about selling down to 1200. I don't see a very strong bottom at this level.

I do as well. Gold will likely reach the resistance at $1,274, which coincides with (MA)89 on the four-hour time-frame and then it might bounce off of it.

Gold could have found some support around the 1213 zone, but the bearish trend is still in place and it may even accelerate towards the 1200 level. I think it is just a matter of time before gold touches the 1200 level. However, if gold retraces to the upside, then the 1241 level may act as resistance followed by the 200 day EMA, around the 1267 level.
