Real and successful why they need to share related information with you?
That is no free lunch in forex, please pay with your homework and hard working to be success.

'WINNING' or 'LOSING' real accounts are accepted here. Transparency is what we want for meaningful conversations.

@BlueEye - You can show your 'losing' account here, we will not judge you. :-)

It's fun to hang out with transparent people who are result oriented. Not those people who kept on talking without showing any single merit.

Let's talk about brokers.

I'm starting to spread my account in different brokers because you know, we can't be too dependent on one entity. For additional accounts, I'm looking at these three: Oanda, IC and IG. Do you have good experiences with them? Are they any good?

And I have a question, can you please also define 'Transparency'?

Because hiding your account STATS and asking people to upload their accounts and be transparent is nothing about transparent. You should lead by example you know, by practicing (transparency ) what you preach, no need uploading your account and preaching people should be transparent if you are gonna hide the stats.
