Looks pretty good so far but holding&hoping never works in the long run. A few times you have had a floating DD and you didnt close the trades, you held them. It worked out for you but what happens when price moves against you (and it will)? These systems only work for a limited period of time and at some point they all face a big DD. Its inevidable and its guaranteed to happen.
Thanks for your input, august last year i took a loss at 3%, as i felt i was totally wrong with the basket, my hard stop is at 6% and is coded into the EA,
Also holding&hoping is not the core strategy, its more based on risk management and leverage, the reason im able to endure wide swings boils down to the fact I use small lot sizes, and never usually anything over 1:5 leverage, all my MAM investors have a minimum of 10k and the MAMs run at 1.5 x Max Risk, yes a few times I held the trades and was reaching 4-5% dd, for me 4-5% dd is acceptable, it really depends on peoples risk appetites
Yes price will eventually move strongly against me, but with managing risk and closing out this is mitigated,

Hello, thanks, and no, I think the only important thing to show, are the statistics, it is the only thing that should matter to an investor, who is interested in other things, for sure it is not an investor.

I think strategies like Martingale or Grid are profitable, if trader has good experience and has a real plan to manage the orders.
So, in my opinion, if he has a good plan for controlling orders and account balance and equity in his trading strategy, it will be a really good system.
Please note that, for more than 1 year, his system is profitable and it continuously growth with a really good DD.
