Dear @my_ea I checked they report on FPA and I should say they have their own trading strategy which is not even close to sPhantom. They have started they account on 23/8/2013 while we started on 21/5/2013.We are working hard to keep the EA on success and we are always ready to to protect our efforts. Please make sure about your thoughts before sharing them on a public forum.Regards

Dear @Michigander I mean there is a system on sPhantom which when the our main account trade are closed it automatically closes the clients trades too even if they have not touched the TP.But as I said before it didn't worked on this week situation. We have fixed it it now. We also will publish an update to avoid such situation in the future.I appreciate you support.Regards

Dear TradersI appreciate all your comments.This week there was a situation in which our trade touched the TP and closed while some of our clients trade was still open because their brokers refused to close the trades.Technically sPhantom should close their trades itself but it couldn't.Last 2 days we was working hard to find out the reason. @AAST HiSorry for delay. To get the answers sooner you can contact our support service.1 - The max number of open positions is 2. This EA uses emergency stop loss. It's 200 pips from the first position. The second position stop loss is not 200 pips. Let say the EA open a buy position with 10 pips TP and 200 pips SL and the market goes against the trade in about 100 pips and the EA opens another trade with the same stop loss price as the first position and close both positions in profit or SL point.
