See, that's all there is to it. Send them a bunch of personal info, phone number, photos of your ID and THEN you're allowed to sign up to their DEMO account and get hounded by their sales staff.
As you can see, they're really smart.

Not a live account, no. At least I don't believe so. However, you DO need to send them all the relevant information that you would normally have to send to open a live account. Perhaps they DO open a live account for you once you're verified but I'm not sure. Either way, it's ridiculous and should not be expected. It's unheard of and retarded.

This is absolutely ridiculous why would people need to send all the documents for a demo competition, you have lost loads of potential customers by doing this
Precisely. Very very short term thinking on their part and that's not a broker I can trust.

I already send the documents...but they are too choosy in taking the documents...need 4 edges of your Address Proof document must be visible??, that nonsense...i already resend the document, please verified me ASAP... i have lost many chances in trading now.

The difference is that we did actually decide to have this rule of verifying the accounts to make this contest transparent and to avoid duplication. There are many users who have more than one account therefore would not be fair for those who have only one. This is where the verification procedure comes into it. This will be a PR nightmare for Fx Choice and not in the spirit of what these competitions are about. Give the participants a fair and excellent experience of your platform during the contest and a cerain % of people will sign up for a live account as a result, rather than being effectively blackmailed in order to partipate in the contest.

All my 3 running trades just closed by FX Choice. DD was about -50$. Oh god, this is a very bad start of this contest! And trading is again disabled. 😕
