cannot set a trade because says disabled. Is this temporary or permanent does anybody know?

why i cannot put any stop lose ?

I entered at shortly after 8 GMT, with 9 positions that started making money almost immediately. Then, of course, my account was disabled, like many others here.
Now, I'm sure that someone will point out that I should have verified my ID with FX Choice. Well, I tried, but they don't like my documents; here's a transcript of the email I sent to my account manager last week (but to which I have not had a reply):
'Hi *****,
I opened an account in order to take part in the competition FX Choice is running, starting March 16th. Apparently I need to verify my identity to do this, but your verification process isn't allowing the documents I sent.
The first was a photo of my UK driving licence. The criticism was that I hadn't sent the reverse side of it. I don't know if you know anything about UK licences, but we have a paper section, and a card, and the rear of either tells you nothing about identity, so I don't know what to do about that.
The second problem was in a duplicate bank statement in pdf format, from my bank. This is also apparently unacceptable, as electronic documents are a problem, apparently. I don't know what to do about this either, as all my bank accounts are run paperless, and online documents are the only type I get.
The documents I sent have been accepted in the UK by the broker ActivTrades, and my own FCA-regulated Independent Financial Advisor (IFA). If it proves impossible for FX Choice to accept them, then I can't enter the competition, and would be unable to open a real account, even if I wanted to!'
I can only conclude that they don't want me to enter the competition or open a live account with them. Luckily, there's plenty of other brokers out there, who are regulated with FCA or equivalent, and who reply to emails within the day. Good luck out there, guys!

Also, my limit sell orders are not working.
I trade Forex using my Bollinger Trend PRO mt4 indicator.

hehe, better question is why STOP LOSS Orders do not work. hehe

I sent the documents to see the blocked account after an initial acceptance of the order by tonight ... If they do not solve the problem, I run away from them without thinking absolutely open an account with them !!!
