We have many widely used options for deposit/Withdrawal like Bank wire , credit/Debit card , Neteller , Money booker, CashU . You can use any of these . We will surely try to add few more options in the times to come.

I am trying to open a live account but its giving me server error when I reach stage 3. what is the problem?

That's right. That is why by having this live trading contest, myfxbook has totally changed the game. That being said, i expect the prizes should be far better than those in demo cause these traders deserves it.

live contest is a different ball game. only traders with a good strategy end up winning.

You can recogniize a good "strategy", better trading method, by a low Draw Down and by the application of a Stop Loss - ALWAYS.
This I can not see by those in profit.
Most go through a more or less big Draw Down.
Just some apply a Stop Loss.
At the end we will see just a few participants in positive territory.
You can BET on this !

Exactly true ...
In this contest Floating Profit and Loss at the end of the Contest will be used in the TWR formula for the purpose of defining the winners of the Contest .
