I thought trading bitcoin would be a nice plan for a weekend while forex exchanges are closed. It proved wrong for a couple of reasons. Cryptocurrencies are very volatile in all time frames, and they are very unpredictable, too. The spread is unbearably high with my broker, which prevents scalping. One simply cannot use technical indicators with at least BTCUSD.

Crypto currency is much challenging, I see so many traders already lost a huge amount of money in 2018, because they expected such a bullish move here as like 2017.

I'm not sure about banning but maybe they can regulate it because the cryptocurrency is also useful in some areas like anonymity. I know that Google will ban all cryptocurrency advertisement in July 2018 which is good to elimiate those ponzi scheme advertisement link to Bitcoin. I still believe that cryptocurrency specially Bitcoin that it's a great e-currency but worst as an investment.

'Raymond Merriman, president of Arizona-based Merriman Market Analyst — which bases market timing services for independent traders on astrological and other factors — said he expects bitcoin BTCUSD, -1.45% to fall to a new low before March 6, 2019, because Uranus will bounce back into Aries later this year before moving fully into Taurus on March 6. He told his clients they should not buy bitcoin unless it drops below 77% of its high of nearly $20,000 in December 2017. Bitcoin was worth $8,200 when this story was published, but Merriman expects it to drop to between $4,400 and $1,300 based astrology alone.'

May be, start the live trading with a ordinary trading balance since almost 98% new traders lose their 1st account.
