Oil stopped responding again today while I was in trade. 10 minutes it was off. i contacted live help they were having some problem again and asked me if I was affected. Thankfully, it started responding and I moved stop to BE as I was in profit.
Seeing now, I was never in danger as price never got even close to my stop. at worst it hit my entry and dropped back and much lower now about 70 pips from my entry. But I am ok. on such days you never knows how far it can go.
The good thing is that broker is willing to work with investor in cases when trade is affected by platform malfunction caused by some problem with broker.
I remember MB Trading and it was horrible. Their platform was causing many problems and they never accepted their fault.

I have not notice that before. but currently recording all data about the trades that taken by arb system, some brokers are defınetly delaying order execution on fast moves. Alpari uk, this is been done by suspending the server I guess. I had send to many emails about the issue but for sure ı have not got any answer. MBT has the latest order execution with Oanda.

I would say that FXPrimus always answers my questions and they compensated me for trade lost due to platform issues. Thsi is really good.

Frankly, when i traded currencies I have never had any issues. It is only oil that makes problems and from what they told me it somehow related to their liquidity provider.

my suggestion is they compare their server prices with faster prices and if they find a gap then suspend or delay order executıon. this is not created against only arb trading. this is definetly effecting all traders order execution. I am quite sure about that due I have some information about that issue.

I was told about it last spring. It is a good broker actually. Currency pairs never have any problems. it is just oil.

not to mention they look responsible when problem is from their side. MB trading was not willing to do anything even on small account.

I am not the kind of the guy who blames brokers for losses. It is only this kind of problem with non responsive platform while I am in trade that worries me. Otherwise I think no big difference.
